Why do I love KPL: I love KPL because it gave me a new sense of the word sisterhood. I was able to meet so many strong and confident ladies and am inspired by them everyday. I have grown so much through them and the bonds I have already made are everlasting. KPL is a place where I can be completely myself and learn new things about myself each and everyday. I love KPL because they challenge me to reach new heights and have shown me how far I can go! I love my sisters and can not wait for the future to come.
Why did I choose KPL: I chose KPL because coming from a small private school I wanted to experience and make the most out of my college experience. Going into Rutgers, I did not really know where my place would be and while I have met many people trying to find that one place I could always go back to was missing. That was at least until I joined KPL. Coming into this new environment I was so happy to be welcomed by such genuine conversations and everything I experience felt so real and I knew that I had found it. Being in this family has given me so much and i know that what I have found is my forever home.

Why do I love KPL: I love KPL because it’s given me a new family and support system within Rutgers, and that’s something I’ve been looking for since freshman year. Every person within KPL is different, but we all complement each other so well.
Why did I choose KPL: I liked how natural and easy conversations flowed as soon as I met the sisters, and I knew I wanted to develop more genuine and deeper connections with these girls.

Why do I love KPL: Because no matter what, I know I will always have the support of my sisters. I love all the genuine connections I’ve made with fellow sisters and I know that these relationships I’ve formed are connections for life!
Why did I choose KPL: Because every sister made a genuine effort to get to know me and they were all so welcoming. I was impressed by everything KPL does and how active they are on campus and that was something I really wanted to be a part of. I also love the cultural diversity aspect as that is something I really value.

Why do I love KPL: I love Kappa Phi Lambda because from the moment I met the sisters, I felt right at home. Never once did I feel like I needed to be fake or anyone but my truest self. No matter what, the amount of love, laughs, and comfort I receive is undeniable genuine and encouraging.
Why did I choose KPL: Kappa Phi Lambda, and all that the sisters stand for, was an organization I easily resonated with. It felt so easy and comfortable for me to just hang out with sisters and to relate to everything they stood for. Kappa Phi Lambda has given me an opportunity to find my place at college and has helped me find myself as well. Every single sister has never failed to provide a safe space for me to be my weird and authentic self.
